Meditation has really changed my life.

5 years ago, I started meditating because I was experiencing a very turbulent time in my life.

I just needed something to help me cope, to slow down my racing thoughts.

It ended up taking me on a journey deep into my body, discovering new realms of feeling and experience that I never could have imagined.

It’s a powerful tool to bring awareness to the repeating patterns in your life.

And it gives you the chance to rewrite them.

To relate to yourself in a different way.

That’s why I decided to record a bunch of meditations and offer them to you for free.

They are all somatic, i.e. they work with the felt sense.

These are the ones that have most profoundly affected me.
